Usage Rules

The Quokka trades Service operates 24/7 on its internet servers. The User does not need to install any special software on their computer to use the service.

The User may only have one account on Quokka trades. Registering multiple accounts without the Administrator's permission is prohibited.

The Service must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

In case of violation of the terms of this Agreement by the User, the Administrator reserves the right to block the user's account and freeze the funds in it.

Service Fees

Quokka trades charges for services according to the rates published on the website.

Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

All transactions are recorded in the user's profile.

Liability

The Administrator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to infringe the rights of third parties.

Dispute Resolution

The Service Owner and the User shall take all measures to resolve disputes and disagreements arising from the User Agreement through negotiations.

If an agreement cannot be reached through negotiations, disputes shall be resolved in court at the location of the Service Owner.

Final Provisions

The Quokka trades Service reserves the right to make changes, additions, and corrections to this User Agreement without prior notice.

Either party may terminate cooperation at any time unilaterally. The User has the right to opt-out of using the Service by deleting their account on Quokka trades.
